Mr. Cox works all types of criminal defense and civil cases and he specializes in DUI defense cases. He will work with both individuals and attorneys anywhere in the United States. The following is a list of his investigative services and rates:

DUI Defense Case Review - $255
This service includes a complete analysis, review and opinion on the strengths and weaknesses of a DUI case. Mr. Cox reviews and analyzes the police report, video tape, audio tape and all other associated paperwork. He will speak directly to the person arrested for DUI and ask them very specific questions that will give him the information needed to attempt to prove their innocence. Mr. Cox will identify areas where the officer conducted the investigation improperly or did not follow proper procedures. He will give his opinion about the case and discuss areas where the case can best be attacked and defended

DUI Defense Trial Preparation - $85/hr (3 hour minimum)
Mr. Cox works directly with attorneys and/or individuals to prepare cases prior to trial. Based on the specific information for a case, he will use his experience and the police training manuals to develop specific lines of questioning to use when the officer is cross-examined. The purpose of this developed line of questioning is to help prove a person’s innocence by discrediting the officer, showing that he did not follow his training and proper procedures, point out important facts that were left out of the police report and get the officer to tell the jury the arrested person’s side of the story.

Examinations/Recreating Events on the Day of Arrest – Call for a Quote
Mr. Cox was trained as a certified Drug Recognition Expert and he owns an Intoxilyzer 5000 and an Alco-Sensor III. He works directly with a person arrested for DUI to recreate the timeline of events before and after the arrest. Mr. Cox performs baseline Standard Field Sobriety Tests and/or DRE examinations on a person and then performs additional testing at known Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) levels. He also works directly with a person to determine their BAC at specific times after the consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Expert Court Testimony – Call for a Quote
Mr. Cox provides testimony in court as an expert defense witness in DUI cases. He is available to testify in courts across the United States.

Mr. Cox works all types of criminal and civil investigations. He will aggressively and thoroughly investigate each case using methods tailored to the specifics of the case.
