Process Serving

Thank you for your interest in our process serving in the Boise area! The following is a breakdown of our rates. These rates include mileage, up to thirty miles round-trip, and three good attempts. For more information, please contact us.

	ASAP (Less than 7 days to Serve)	$40
	Rush (Attempt or Serve Within 48 Hours)	$45
	Today (Plus $10 for Each Additional Attempt)	$50
	Relocate (Invalid Address)	$.50 per mile, $10 minimum
	Additional Defendants at Same Address	$30
	Non-Investigative Stakeouts to Facilitate Serves (per hour)	$50
	Routine Filing	$10

The Affidavit of Service is returned to the client unless otherwise specified. Husband and wife at the residence are billed as one serve. No refunds on attempted service.
