Please contact us and we will make the substitution. If you cancel five or more business days prior to the seminar, you will receive a full refund, less a $35.00 service charge. If you cancel within four business days, you will not receive a cash refund. However, you will be allowed to attend a future seminar within one year from the date you notify us of your intent to cancel.
